During the summer I take ballet lessons from Ms. Kelly at the Tahawus Center. She and her husband have put a beautiful dance studio on the top floor of the building. I always enjoy my time there! - Ally, 14, Plattsburgh NY
The Tahawus Center has provided a multitude of cultural opportunities for our area. They host musicians across a range of genres, offer classes for children and adults, and host movie nights at the local theater. I have enjoyed Celtic music and reels in the art space, as well as ballet performances in the top floor studio. It seems there is no style of art or expression that does not interest the Tahawus Center. Craig and Rebecca are bringing life, art, and culture to a lovely little town. The Tahawus Center is a gem in the community.
